The WordPress Themes I Use and Trust

Here is my hand-selected list of Premium WordPress Theme providers I trust in support and quality, including what I use on my sites. There are thousands of WordPress Premium Themes to choose from. However, it can be overwhelming when trying to make the right pick. So let’s make it simple for you.

My favorite WordPress WooCommerce Premium Theme, Kadence.

You don’t want to find out what it is like to put all that time and effort into integrating a new theme to discover down the road that the developer no longer updates their products. Or worse — has gone out of business.

While even I can be enticed by all the cool themes out there, I’ve learned the hard way not to go too far off the beaten path. Instead, I stick with the companies and developers I have used and experience the results I need for my sites.

These theme developers have already proven their worth, including the fact that they will still be around after I put all the work into integrating their Theme and customizing it for my site.

Premium WordPress Themes

If you are unfamiliar with how WordPress and themes integrate, you must check the necessary boxes before making your final decision. First, we should discuss the Theme’s features, layout, and structure to ensure it meets your site’s goals, how you want your data to display, and your preferred user interface.

WordPress Top Premium Themes

Being a theme is a downloadable product, as is standard and customary for downloadable products — all sales are final. Therefore, once you purchase, you own the Theme, whether you use it or not.

First, read my article on How to Choose the Right WordPress Premium Theme. This article will help you become familiar with the crucial variables you need to consider when choosing your WordPress website’s Theme.

I will only recommend Premium WordPress Themes with intuitive control panels, ease of use, and incredible support.

Why The Kadence Theme?

A couple of years ago, I discovered a new theme framework that gave me that same gut feeling as when I first discovered WordPress. Over 29 years at this gig, I’ve learned to trust my gut!

Kadence doesn’t require a child theme, as all the customization is through the WordPress Appearance > Customize dashboard. In addition, Kadence has its own set of built-in features, a block plugin, and a collection of other plugins that cover all the bases.

Included are demos that you can install and then make your own.

I discovered all the bells and whistles that most site creators, including myself, are looking for. And the ability to customize on a level I’ve not seen before without installing a bulky “builder” plugin.

I always try out a product before discussing it here on this website. So, I redesigned two of my sites, NetM@nners and BusinessEmailEtiquette.com. I’ve been hooked ever since.

Of course, this site is on Kadence, too.

Restored 316 Designs and Kadence

The ladies at Restored 316 became well-known and trusted for their gorgeous feminine style themes that use color and accents for a more feminine touch. Now, they’ve embraced Kadence.

Displayed below is just one example called Limoncella. This Theme has all the bells and whistles.

So, if you are an Author, Podcaster, Educator, or Speaker or just like to share stories that inspire your audience, Limoncella is the perfect Theme for you! WooCommerce integration, too.

Go through the demo and see if you can resist not buying this one—simply beautiful themes.

SPECIAL MENTION for DIYers: DIVI

Divi may be the solution for those who want to build their simple WordPress website and don’t need my services. While I’m not a fan of “builders,” that doesn’t mean that products like Divi don’t fit the bill for some. And if I were a non-techie DIYer, I would use Divi.

Elegant Themes offers Divi, their flagship theme and visual page builder. I’ve worked with Elegant Themes for over a decade, integrating their themes and unique plugins. Their focus is now exclusively on their theme/builder combo, which is excellent for folks who want to build their websites.

Elegant backs its products with helpful support forums and is on top of any necessary updates. For example, check out the Divi Performance Update.

Plus, Divi Cloud and Marketplace!

Divi Cloud is like Dropbox for Divi websites, allowing you, freelancers, and agencies to access their Divi assets on every new website they build. And don’t forget about the Divi Marketplace, full of third-party Divi modules, child themes, and layouts.

The primary concern is that your website will be built entirely using Divi’s shortcodes. So, if you want another theme, all those shortcodes must be stripped from every page/post.

If you decide to go with Divi, plan on learning all the best practices to use it successfully for the long haul. However, before making that commitment, you want to do your due diligence on all the pros and cons of using Divi.
