As a verb, to muse is to consider something thoughtfully. As a noun, it means a person — especially a woman — who is a source of artistic inspiration. In mythology, the Muses were nine goddesses who symbolized the arts and sciences. Today, a muse is a person who serves as an artist’s inspiration. Often filmmakers talk about a certain actor being a muse — meaning the actor inspired a movie. Writers, painters, musicians, and other artists have muses. Muse can also refer to thinking deeply. If you muse about something, you’re giving it serious thought. You can’t muse in five seconds. People muse on certain ideas for years.
I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been called a Muse. Then, naturally that became WPMuse. This came from not just creating beautiful websites for my clients but also being there to listen to their frustrations so we could create strategies and solutions — together.
What I do is track trends, news and tools about WordPress, Blogging, Marketing, SEO and more. I do this everyday — that’s just what I do. And I write about it here on my blog. Been doing that for years! I also bookmark all kinds of resources and articles along the way. I have folders of links to sites, articles and resources that I save to read. So, why not share!?
