  • What are your fees?
    • All-inclusive concierge consulting, fees are based on time required to accomplish a task @ $95.00/hour. New Consulting Clients: $250 retainer to be added to my priority support list.
    • New WordPress site projects require a $500 deposit.

  • What is included in your packages?

    You can view my WordPress setup packages here.

    My packages are based on what clients have asked for most combined with what I know are the features you need to compete. I outline in detail what features, functionality and support are included. Adding of content and products is easily accomplished by the site owner through the WordPress Dashboard without having to know any code or have any programming skills.

    Each site package includes my exclusive WordPress 101 eBook that I customize and tailor to your new site’s theme and plugin setup so that you can hit the ground running. This eBook will also includes other important topics that I will coach and guide you on so you are aware of all the variables necessary to your long term success.

    Therefore, the addition of your content or products is at additional charge if you prefer to have me to do data entry for you.

    Additional charges will also be incurred by requesting features, functionality or customizations beyond that which is detailed in each package offering.

    Charges are not incurred without the site owners approval in advance on integration/implementation.

  • How much will my project cost?

    That depends on what package you choose, combined with any additional work you may commission me to handle on your behalf. Rarely do clients incur additional charges beyond that of their chosen package and if they do, they approve those charges in advance before they are incurred. I treat your wallet as if it were my own!

    What my WordPress Setup packages do not include is the migration of your current non-WordPress content as that is a simple task you can handle yourself by copy-n-pasting from your old site into your new WordPress site once everything is set up for you. This methodology caters to site owners who are on a budget and want to be involved. WordPress’ popularity is due to being user friendly which allows you to enter your information without having to know any code.

    All new projects require a $500 deposit before being locked into my production schedule. After our communications confirm we can work successfully together, I will send you a deposit payment request.

  • Are you available after business hours?

    No, I am not. My business hours are Monday-Friday, 9a-5p Central Time.

  • How much of a deposit is required?

    New site projects, depending on package chosen, require a $500 deposit to reserve a spot in my production schedule. For all-inclusive concierge consulting requirements a $250 retainer needs to be purchased before any work/consulting will commence.

    Once we communicate and it is clear we are on the same page and will enjoy working together, I will send you the applicable payment request based on our discussions.

    Being new project opportunities are limited, your deposit or retainer ensures your placement on my active client list. By getting your deposit in place, your account is then in queue to receive priority status.

    I offer superior personalized support to each of my client’s, therefore, it is critical for time-management purposes and customer service levels that I be able to identify those potential clients who have made a commitment to their project as well as our partnership.

  • What forms of payment do you accept and how do you invoice?

    WordPress Girl Friday Help and Support:

    • $49.95 per support ticket issue. You can use any credit card you like through PayPal (PayPal account not required!).

    All-inclusive Concierge Consulting Services:

    • Visa, MasterCard (for established clientele) or PayPal — $250 starter retainer required for new clients..
    • Personal or company checks are not accepted.
    • Terms are “Due Upon Receipt”.
    • Fees are non-negotiable and I don’t barter.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PROJECT TO LAUNCH?

    From my side, your project will be ready within 30 days! Delays will only be due to you not providing the information I need to develop your project per your guidelines.

    IMPORTANT: Once you submit your project deposit, your project’s package balance will be due once my job is completed or 30 days from the date of your deposit submission — whichever occurs first.

  • What are all the Muse and Coach references about?

    I am concerned about your success and want to empower you with the knowledge, skills and understanding you will need to succeed. (Sometimes whether you like it or not!) This goes above and beyond the technical aspects of putting your site together.
