Autorespond This!
Autoresponders are a nifty tool — if used appropriately. Autoresponders “auto respond” based on certain criteria, mainly the e-mail address sent to. There are even neato autoresponder applications that can run your campaigns on auto-pilot once you set them up.
Autoresponders are a great way to keep your company name, product or service in front of your target market. For example I use an autoresponder campaign to offer over a years worth of weekly E-mail Etiquette Tips. Once I set up all the individual messages, the software I use takes care of the subbing, double-optin process and unsubscribes. Each weeks “tip” is then sent out based on the subscriber’s join date and preferences. I don’t have to do a single thing!
The ideas are endless. Send out tips, monthly “how to” blurbs or create an e-course and let the software sign folks up and send out your messages. Easy marketing folks!
The program I use is BizPacks and is remarkably easy to use and free installation and great support is part of the deal. With BizPacks you get:
*Your Own Autoresponder & Follow-up Service
*No Monthly Fees
*Free Installation
*Unlimited Autoresponders
*Automatically generates Sign-up Forms
*Confirmed Opt-in
*Broadcast Unlimited Text & HTML Messages
*Send up to 50 automated email messages without being online
*Unlimited Subscribers list
*Import Email Addresses
*Export Email Addresses
*Complete Ad Tracker System
*Password Protected Admin Area
As my regular readers know, I never recommend anything unless I’ve used it successfully myself to confirm the product and support is where it needs to be. BizPacks has exceeded my expectations and is now a critical part of my marketing plan.
Just imagine all the nifty ways you too can market on autopilot!
At your service,
Judith
