“Service you desire but so seldom receive!”

I’ve been around from the start and am best known as an accomplished good-humored Technology Muse who has had the luxury of playing here at The IStudio® for over a decade.

Before the Web, I was a Sales Engineer with a well known Japanese electronics company, then turned Web Designer before most knew what a Web Designer was (and before everyone who had a computer claimed to be one). Fate would have it that my corporate career would end with my discovery of CompuServe in the early 1990s.

I opened the first “Internet Studio”, in a sleepy town on the IL/WI border in 1995 and have been doing online ever since. No longer a Web Developer alone, but an Online Business Manager, Coach and Muse. Anyone who would like to know more about my experience and reputation online can simply Google me and check me out!

Born and raised in Chicago, after living on the Chain O’Lakes in northern Illinois for 15 years we decided to leave the rat race, high taxes and traffic that came with living up north. I now live the simple life in Mississippi with some acreage on a lake, a very cool husband and two challenging (an understatement) little terriers named Spike and Naylze.

[Judith was on Fox News Live!Playing “Email Etiquette Expert”, I was on the Fox News Channel - Fox News Live! to discuss Email Etiquette with Megyn Kelly of “America’s Newsroom”.
Introduced as “Miss eManners”, I was on BBCRadio4 in the United Kingdom on “ClickOn” with Simon Cox. What a hoot! Click Here to Listen!

I am a published author with two books on E-mail Etiquette (and a third on the way “Business E-mail Etiquette | The Manual”) available at most online booksellers as well as two eBooks available for instant download. Having been dubbed “Miss Manners for the Digital World” by Earthlink which later turned into “Miss eManners”, I’ve done TV, radio and tons of magazine and newspaper articles on the topic of E-mail Etiquette. You can find all that on Google too and get more info on my E-mail Etiquette Web site, NetManners.com.

“Be as Radical as Reality” is a quote from Lenin that I throw around because that’s exactly, precisely what it takes to succeed online; no less. I’ve been formally doing this longer than most and have gone through all the challenges technology throws at anyone who wants to participate. One could say with confidence that I’ve “been there, done that” with most things online. The frustrating and fun alike.

I’m here to help those who want to succeed and are looking for an advocate they can trust and rely on for the long haul. Not someone to cater to the hype; rather a professional to help them thrive even if that means contradicting all that “fast, cheap & easy” noise that is so prevalent online.

If you are looking for someone to give you the information and guidance you need to do business online; look no further. I can guarantee you would be hard pressed to find a consultant that is more trustworthy, with better customer service, who literally has your back covered on all the issues you need to be aware of, concerned about and many times don’t even know exist!

I have a bunch of great clients who’ve been with me for over a decade who know that when a dilemma arises, a perceived problem pops-up or if they are just plain old frustrated that I am just an e-mail or phone call away to answer their questions, address their concerns or get involved to get problems solved!

There is a plethora of reality-based information here on my site for those interested in running a successful online endeavor. And be sure to check out my eStore, LearnAndThrive.com, which provides very nifty web design, business startup, software and programming cheat sheets that help and support onliners to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills they will need to thrive online.

So come on in and poke around, email me — tell me what you want to accomplish and let me know how I may be of service.

I’m here to help!

At your service,
Judith
