7-Minute SEO Guide
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) has always, to me, been a combo of common sense and simple good writing principles. I was naturally SEO’ing sites back in the day before this term was even coined!
Folks are always asking me how what they can do to SEO themselves. That’s when I suggest they dump their static HTML site and move over to WordPress and use it as a CMS (Content Management System) so they can SEO on a page by page, post by post basis.
I also recommend they read the articles in my SEO section here on my site so they become informed on the reality of how search engines and SEO works. So much hype and hooey out there has most clients heads spinning!
Today I was made aware of a neat little article that has all the basics you need to know to get moving in the right direction to SEO your site. It’s simple, concise and accurate and a must read for any DIY SEOer:
