3 WordPress Comment Producing Plugins
Do you want to get more comments on your WordPress site or Blog? Of course you do!
Here are three plugins that will help not only encourage comments, but add a personal touch while making contributing to the conversation easier to track, follow and comment some more. I use all three here on my site and thought I would share them with you today.
- CommentLuv: This nifty plugin encourages comments by also including a link to the commenters last Blog post. Of course, the comments can still be moderated and should be — you know me — if the comment doesn’t offer value or smacks of self-promotion, the comments is not approved. But for those who take the time to offer their sincere opinions or who have genuine questions, they are rewarded with a link from my site to theirs. Cool, huh?
- Thank Me Later: Now that you’ve got visitors commenting, you can send them a little thank you e-mail to let them know there is a real person behind your site and to encourage their additional input. Nice touch!
- Subscribe to Comments: Last but not least we add this plugin so that those who want to be involved in conversations can easily do so. This plugin allows those who comment to be notified when additional comments are made on a thread they have participated in. Make them come back for more!
